Jason Day has gone from strength to Strength since having his hair cut. Have you booked your appointment with the barber? What a short game exhibition.
Rafa wins 3rd place play off
Rafa looks set for a great season in 2016, he has to be one of the strongest fittest players on tour. I am sure he is chuffed with his win over Rory probably the strongest player out there.
Interesting what the odds will be at Augusta

Perfect Sunningdale foursomes pairing?
Marco Penge and Sophie Lamb favourites for Sunningdale 4somes 2016?
Plus 3 and plus 4 golfers Sophie Lamb and Marco Penge play from 4 handicap in the Sunningdale foursomes nearly an eight shot advantage over normal play.... the only condition being that Sophie has to play from the men's tees. BUt she is not holding back!
Sophie Lamb leaves nothing behind
Through to the 4th round in the 2016 tournament, these young stars could be on their way to a trophy on Friday afternoon.

What a great tournament, the Sunningdale Foursomes that allows all golfers to compete.

2002 winners still in the hunt at Sunningdale
As play was suspended today, the 2002 winners John Kemp and Mark Wharton are engrossed in a tight match with French tour pros Raphael Marguery and Nicolas Techer, both based at La Boulie. All square at the turn they need to finish they way they did in the second round when they came back from a deficit at the turn to win 3&2 against Ross Kellet and David Lawwho play on the challenge tour.
Glynn Harris with a fine looking bandage
Sunningdale Foursomes head wound
Glynn Harris sustained a head wound in the first round of the Sunningdale foursomes but went on to win the match after receiving first aid after playing the 7th hole on the Old course which has a blind driving hole. But no....it was not what you were thinking, he actually hit himself with his ball, playing a shot that hit a tree root and flew back into his forehead!
The injury probably took its toll as Glynn and his partner Jack Frances went down 7&5 in the afternoon.
Sunningdale Foursomes 2016, just enough light
After a one hour delay due to frost on the first day the play was still completed to schedule but players needed good eyesight.

Is it fair that some courses have a natural backdrop?
Golf Course Photography of natural courses
Read MoreThe start of a year of one image a day of great golf
This is the start of a 365 day project using images to show how privileged we are in the UK&I....the best courses in the world, especially the natural links courses. This is a great example of an unusual start to a links course, a par three approx 190 yards. Heading North from here is a tremendous stretch of natural golf divided by a railway line... any idea where it is?
